Holmin Heating & Cooling recently replaced our furnace, installed a smart thermostat, and replaced some parts for our AC. From start to finish, the experience was great. Phil and his team were professional, prompt, and beat others on price. We will do all of our HVAC work with them moving forward.

I called Phil at 6:10am on the 5th to see if he could come out. I am writing this review at 9:40am and it is already repaired and blowing cold!!! Thanks Phil for the great price and service!!! May 18, 2023My gas was off due to a fire and Mr. Holmin was the only 1 of 3 HVAC to call me back the same day and he made time early the next day to come out and do the necessary repairs to get my gas back on. Could not have been better! Answered my call after hours, came to measure at my convenience, and had a furnace and humidifier installed by 1pm Monday afternoon. Professional and considerate, and the price was excellent. Highly recommended.

December 6, 2023Phil instilled confidence from his first visit. He was professional, honest, and knowledgeable. My old system was shot and would need replaced. Although it was clear his team was pretty booked up, he fit me into his schedule and at a price significantly lower than another bid I’d gotten. He kept all promises, his team was on time and courteous, took care of my home and cleaned up after themselves. Friendly the whole while. Would recommend. These folks will make sure your heat and ac are working in tip top shape. Their prices are fair and you will only be replacing gear that is truly in need of replacement. No inflated bills.
