I'm happy to recommend Holmin Heating & Cooling. We had an air conditioner, furnace, and new thermostat installed. Phil assessed our air conditioner needs, considering windows & sun exposure as well as the size of our home. He patiently answered all my questions. He called back and/or answered emails promptly. He and his crew were polite and friendly - very easy to have in our home. They took time to cover walkways and adjacent furniture, and cleaned up after their work was done. They submitted two of our rebate forms for us, and made another so so simple to do. Highly recommend!

Phil and his team did an outstanding job from the initial meeting, scheduling a date and the installation of a new AC and furnace. The work was done professionally, they cleaned up and explained everything about the unit and maintenance. I would highly recommend Holmin and use them for future work.

He figured out what was wrong and not only fixed the problem, but did other details to make sure everything was running top notch. The thing I want most from a company is honesty and integrity. Furnace went out -12 on Sunday morning. Promptly came out and repaired the furnace. The cost was so reasonable he fixed the furnace. Fully recommend and trust his service.

Holmin Heating and Cooling is the real deal. Honest, trustworthy, and efficient! We had a very bad experience previously with a big company trying to scare us into spending $8,000 for a full furnace and AC replacement. I called Phil Holmin for a second opinion and he set me straight and let me know none of that was necessary. Decided it was time to make sure everything was working efficiently with the hot stretch coming. Phil came out as scheduled in a few days and completed the tuneup. A/C was operated across normal range and all is ready to go. We also received some tips on how to optimize our cooling. I appreciated the quick timely availability to complete the sevice.
