One of the most positive repair experiences I've had. The thermostat needed replacing and Phil quickly diagnosed it and repaired. He squeezed my appointment into a busy day - so welcomed in a house that was reaching 90 degrees!!

Holmin Heating was great to work with. No sales pressure; just a thorough assessment of what we needed and a reasonable quote for what they could do to meet our needs. They are very knowledgeable about the HVAC industry and very helpful in sizing a replacement system. Everything looked and worked perfectly when they were done with the installation. They cleaned up our furnace room and hauled away the old equipment. We would recommend them to friends and family.

Phil is outstanding and very professional. He took my call at 6:30 AM when my heat was out. The temperature outside was -4 and he understood the sense of urgency. In 2 hours, my furnace was up and running and he was on his way. I’d recommend him without hesitation.

This is the second time I have used Phil and he never disappoints. My AC unit decided it was taking the 4th of July off as well. I called Phil at 6:10am on the 5th to see if he could come out. I had an issue with my furnace not keeping up to temp when outside air temps were below average. I contacted Holmin and Phil was at my door within the hour. Not only was Phil professional and knowledgeable, he also took the time to educate me with what he had done and why. The next day showed similar defaults as before and Phil was back that afternoon to take additional actions resulting in a perfectly tuned furnace.

Our experience with Phil and his team at Holmin H&C was excellent. Our new furnace was installed on time, at the agreed-upon price, and with corrections from previous work done without any extra charges. Now, that's different, isn't it! The team took great care to keep our basement clean and left no debris behind. All the details including permitting and rebate submission were handled in a timely manner. I was very happy to work with the Holmins and would strongly recommend them to others in the south metro area.

Phil was able to make it to our house within hours of our A/C going out. This was especially important given the heat wave we were experiencing. He had it up and running within 30 minutes. Hands down the best HVAC service we've ever had for a very reasonable price.

My gas was off due to a fire and Mr. Holmin was the only 1 of 3 HVAC to call me back the same day and he made time early the next day to come out and do the necessary repairs to get my gas back on.
