We had our regular company out to do our A/C tune up. Were told that 2 parts were broken and should be replaced. They informed that it would just be best to replace the whole A/C unit. Our quotes from them for parts were very high along with the cost of a new A/C when we weren’t expecting it. Called Holmin for a second opinion and was able to get parts at a very reasonable price. He even came out to make sure that the parts actually needed to be replaced and talked through the options with my husband. He never tried to sell us a new A/C or take advantage of us. He was very honest and reliable. The fix was quick and he kept us updated through the process of ordering parts and scheduling. We will definitely be using him again and would recommend him to everyone.

May 16, 2023They were very responsive with their communication, and even scheduled me next day after I confirmed that I wanted to use them to add more return vents in my basement. They were very reasonable. Their work area was clean. When I got the bid, Phil went above and beyond to ensure he gave me good recommendations to prevent mold in my basement again. They were very respectful and reliable to interact with. I am very happy with their services and would definitely use them again!

All aspects of the AC service provided surpassed my expectations. This includes a next day early morning appt, fast resolution of the AC problem, and at a very fair price. Phil was great to work with and I will call him again for any HVAC problems in the future.

I’ve turned to Phil Holmin for his knowledge and years of experience many times over the years for my heating and cooling needs. Phil takes the time to find the best solution for my situation. I’ve had other service providers that don’t know how to solve problems or just want to do a more expensive, and profitable for them, replacement. Phil’s prices are fair and reasonable. I like that he takes the time explain the problem and the options so I can make the best decision for the immediate issue and for the longer term. Phil is always friendly and courteous. Phil assessed our air conditioner needs, considering windows & sun exposure as well as the size of our home. He patiently answered all my questions. He called back and/or answered emails promptly. He and his crew were polite and friendly - very easy to have in our home. They took time to cover walkways and adjacent furniture, and cleaned up after their work was done. They submitted two of our rebate forms for us, and made another so so simple to do. Highly recommend!

Phil was a lifesaver with our broken furnace today. He made time to come take a look at it, got a part ordered and had it fully repaired by the end of the day. He also searched out our warranty options to cover the cost of the parts needed. He was so professional, fair, knowledgeable and just great to work with.
