One of the most positive repair experiences I've had. The thermostat needed replacing and Phil quickly diagnosed it and repaired. He squeezed my appointment into a busy day - so welcomed in a house that was reaching 90 degrees!!

October 3, 2023I hired Holmin Heating & Cooling to replace my forced air furnace and central AC. They quoted a price that was very reasonable, showed up on time, completed the work in less than a day, and cleaned up after they were done. The work they did looks really nice. They also installed a programmable wifi thermostat and helped me download the correct app on my phone and set it up, and showed me how to operate the thermostat, as well as how to operate it using the phone app. They are very nice people and were happy to answer all my questions. I couldn't be happier.

Not only was the price terrific but the service was great as well. Phil was on time and very professional as well as knowledgeable of what I needed for our home heating and cooling needs. He provided key information for me to participate in available rebate programs that meant big savings for our family. Amazing service!! I called in this morning around 1030am with a non-working AC unit and thermostat reading 84 degrees. (Not to mention I’m 41 weeks pregnant!) Within an hour I was squeezed in and had a working AC unit with only 1 part needing replacement. Total life saver!! Recommend fully!!

This is the second time I have used Phil and he never disappoints. My AC unit decided it was taking the 4th of July off as well. I called Phil at 6:10am on the 5th to see if he could come out. I am writing this review at 9:40am and it is already repaired and blowing cold!!! Thanks Phil for the great price and service!!! Cant recommend him enough!!!

Phil takes the time to find the best solution for my situation. I’ve had other service providers that don’t know how to solve problems or just want to do a more expensive, and profitable for them, replacement. Phil’s prices are fair and reasonable.
