Holmin Heating and Cooling is the real deal. Honest, trustworthy, and efficient! We had a very bad experience previously with a big company trying to scare us into spending $8,000 for a full furnace and AC replacement. I called Phil Holmin for a second opinion and he set me straight and let me know none of that was necessary. I am SO Thankful for the Holmin company, they came out and fixed the part we needed replaced quickly and for an incredibly reasonable cost. I would recommend Holmin Heating and Cooling to everyone who has an HVAC need- you can trust that you're getting what you need and not spending more than necessary. Realized yesterday during the 80 degree heat that our air conditioning had stopped working. Sent a message to Holmin early this morning and Phil called me shortly after. He said he would try to get out today or tomorrow at the worst case, but he was at my house about 3 hours later! Replaced a failed capacitor and had our air conditioner working again in about 25 minutes. Great service, great company. Would definitely call again for any repairs!

Phil was very knowledgeable and super nice! He gave me good advice and was honest about what I needed done (which ended up being nothing). I will call Holmin Heating and Cooling in the future when I need service. I would have tipped him for his time and knowledge, but I only had the one big bill to pay for the service.

Phil is extremely knowledgeable about different types of issues. He came in and solved a problem he had never seen before and was not intuitive at all. He is very kind, prompt, and was even nice to my family as he did his work. He even taught me a thing or two about furnaces as I asked him endless questions the whole time (I am a bit of a nerd with this stuff). Would trust him to do any work in the future!

I experienced an issue where my furnace would not start. After searching for local HVAC professionals, I decided to contact Holmin. Phil came out the same day and corrected the issue. When my furnace started acting up again today, Phil was at my house within 30 minutes with a replacement part and had the furnace up and running again.
