We had an excellent experience with Holmin Heating & Air Cooling. They replaced both our Air Conditioner and furnace. Everything was handled in a straightforward manner, great workmanship, great price. I would highly recommend them to family & friends.

We have been using Holmin Heating & Cooling for at least 10 years and can't speak highly enough of Phil and his work. We have recommended him to numerous friends and neighbors over the years and he never disappoints. Last week we had a new heating/AC unit installed to replace our 22 year old unit. Phil's son Nick took care of the install and we are once again very pleased with the high level of service. These folks are not only expert at what they do, they are also extremely nice and personable. We will continue to use the Holmin's in the future and recommend their services!

I hired Holmin Heating & Cooling to replace my forced air furnace and central AC. They quoted a price that was very reasonable, showed up on time, completed the work in less than a day, and cleaned up after they were done. The work they did looks really nice. They also installed a programmable wifi thermostat and helped me download the correct app on my phone and set it up, and showed me how to operate the thermostat, as well as how to operate it using the phone app. They are very nice people and were happy to answer all my questions. I couldn't be happier.

Phil is ALWAYS super responsive, even if it is just a call for new furnace filters. They are delivered first thing to my doorstep the next day! Best business guy, I know as far as follow through, and trustworthiness.

Phil Holmin has been great ever since we moved in to our house 4 years ago. When we need him on short notice, he has been able to accommodate us in his schedule to get our furnace up and running when it's super cold outside! Since it is over 20 years old, we will probably be replacing soon and he will be who we go through!

My gas was off due to a fire and Mr. Holmin was the only 1 of 3 HVAC to call me back the same day and he made time early the next day to come out and do the necessary repairs to get my gas back on. I am very appreciative of both his willingness to help a new customer and his competency in completing the job. Thank you.

Phil gave us an honest assessment of our HVAC system last winter after some other questionable quotes and recommendations from other companies. He was very approachable, honest, and responsive to questions. The project was completely very efficiently and for a price significantly lower than competitors in the area. This is the second time I have used Phil and he never disappoints. My AC unit decided it was taking the 4th of July off as well. I called Phil at 6:10am on the 5th to see if he could come out. I am writing this review at 9:40am and it is already repaired and blowing cold!!! Thanks Phil for the great price and service!!! Cant recommend him enough!!!

Phil was awesome to work with! We had an air exchanger that was not working but needed to be repaired before moving out of our home. Initially I went to a different company for help but they ended up diagnosing the problem incorrectly and their quote to repair the exchanger was 4x the price it should have been. I called Holmin to get a second opinion and he was quick to respond, did a bunch of research on finding parts for my exchanger, and made time during his busy season to help us out in a super timely manner. In the end he fixed our exchanger for a very fair price and beat our deadline for closing on the house by a few weeks. I will recommend Holmin to anyone who has HVAC needs in the future!
