I highly recommend Holmin Heating and Cooling. I called Holmin Heating and Cooling to get a second opinion on why our AC wasn’t working. Phil returned my call quickly was able to make it to my house same day, even though it was late afternoon when I first spoke with him. He was able to figure out the problem and repair in about 30 minutes. As far as cost - it was 1/10th the price of what the other company was going to charge!

Phil and his team did an outstanding job from the initial meeting, scheduling a date and the installation of a new AC and furnace. The work was done professionally, they cleaned up and explained everything about the unit and maintenance. I would highly recommend Holmin and use them for future work.

If you want personable, knowledgeable, HONEST service, then look no further. Literally. Holmin Heating and Cooling is it! We thought we were going to have to replace our AC Unit. No small financial feat. However, Phil said he could try to repair it first, which he was able to (thank goodness!), and we had cool air flowing in the house within 15 minutes for a fraction of the cost of buying a new AC! We are still going to replace the AC unit but now we can save up for it! Thank you so much Phil! I will be definitely be going to Holmin for our new AC unit!

We called at 7:30 in the morning about our furnace leaking Carbon Monoxide. Phil answered immediately and within the hour was at our house to diagnose the problem. We ended up deciding to replace our aging furnace instead of repairing it. Within the day the Holmin team had installed the new furnace, and we were able to put away our army of borrowed space heaters. Throughout the process we felt very informed of alternatives and costs involved. They did a great job and definitely went the extra mile to make sure everything was done right. They weren't even working on the AC, but when they were done, our coolant line had been insulated as a bonus. 🙂 I'd call these guys anytime for any HVAC needs in the future. Thanks!

My husband and I wanted to replace our 28 year old furnace before winter comes and Holmin was recommended to us by a friend who had used them as well. The quality of the work, the friendliness of the team, great communication and showing up when they said they were going to be here along with a great price made this a truly fantastic experience.
