Holmin Heating and Cooling is the real deal. Honest, trustworthy, and efficient! We had a very bad experience previously with a big company trying to scare us into spending $8,000 for a full furnace and AC replacement. I called Phil Holmin for a second opinion and he set me straight and let me know none of that was necessary. I am SO Thankful for the Holmin company, they came out and fixed the part we needed replaced quickly and for an incredibly reasonable cost. Furnace went out -12 on Sunday morning. Promptly came out and repaired the furnace. The cost was so reasonable he fixed the furnace. Fully recommend and trust his service.

Decided it was time to make sure everything was working efficiently with the hot stretch coming. Phil came out as scheduled in a few days and completed the tuneup. A/C was operated across normal range and all is ready to go. We also received some tips on how to optimize our cooling. I appreciated the quick timely availability to complete the sevice.
