I'm happy to recommend Holmin Heating & Cooling. We had an air conditioner, furnace, and new thermostat installed. Phil assessed our air conditioner needs, considering windows & sun exposure as well as the size of our home. He patiently answered all my questions. He called back and/or answered emails promptly. He and his crew were polite and friendly - very easy to have in our home. They took time to cover walkways and adjacent furniture, and cleaned up after their work was done. They submitted two of our rebate forms for us, and made another so so simple to do. Highly recommend!

I had an issue with my furnace not keeping up to temp when outside air temps were below average. I contacted Holmin and Phil was at my door within the hour. Not only was Phil professional and knowledgeable, he also took the time to educate me with what he had done and why. The next day showed similar defaults as before and Phil was back that afternoon to take additional actions resulting in a perfectly tuned furnace.

We had the Holmin team replace both or furnace and AC with new Carrier units. The team was extremely punctual, courteous and detailed oriented. The new system is better balanced, providing more consistent temperature, quieter, and more energy efficient just like Holmin said. The Holmin team processed our energy company and carrier rebates very timely. Holmin’s pricing was better than competitors and with their level of quality and customer service we are absolutely thrilled with the new system and process. Realized yesterday during the 80 degree heat that our air conditioning had stopped working. Sent a message to Holmin early this morning and Phil called me shortly after. He said he would try to get out today or tomorrow at the worst case, but he was at my house about 3 hours later! Replaced a failed capacitor and had our air conditioner working again in about 25 minutes. Great service, great company. Would definitely call again for any repairs!

Phil instilled confidence from his first visit. He was professional, honest, and knowledgeable. My old system was shot and would need replaced. Although it was clear his team was pretty booked up, he fit me into his schedule and at a price significantly lower than another bid I’d gotten. I hired Holmin Heating & Cooling to replace my forced air furnace and central AC. They quoted a price that was very reasonable, showed up on time, completed the work in less than a day, and cleaned up after they were done. The work they did looks really nice. They also installed a programmable wifi thermostat and helped me download the correct app on my phone and set it up, and showed me how to operate the thermostat, as well as how to operate it using the phone app. They are very nice people and were happy to answer all my questions. I couldn't be happier.

Phil is extremely knowledgeable about different types of issues. He came in and solved a problem he had never seen before and was not intuitive at all. He is very kind, prompt, and was even nice to my family as he did his work. He even taught me a thing or two about furnaces as I asked him endless questions the whole time (I am a bit of a nerd with this stuff). Would trust him to do any work in the future!

Holmin Heating and Cooling is the real deal. Honest, trustworthy, and efficient! We had a very bad experience previously with a big company trying to scare us into spending $8,000 for a full furnace and AC replacement. I called Phil Holmin for a second opinion and he set me straight and let me know none of that was necessary. I am SO Thankful for the Holmin company, they came out and fixed the part we needed replaced quickly and for an incredibly reasonable cost.
