Decided it was time to make sure everything was working efficiently with the hot stretch coming. Phil came out as scheduled in a few days and completed the tuneup. A/C was operated across normal range and all is ready to go. We also received some tips on how to optimize our cooling. I appreciated the quick timely availability to complete the sevice.

Phil continues to be “the guy” to call!! Our CO detectors went off alerting my tenants which scared them!! Phil was able to advise on having the tenants leave the house, turn off the furnace and hot water heater, open windows and came by in just a few short hours to do a complete check of the appliances for safety. Had Holmin Heating & Cooling come out today for an air conditioner tune-up and was very satisfied with their service. Phil came out and did a thorough check and a test run to verify the unit is good for another season. He even chased out a little mouse who had built a nest in the unit over the winter - a good reminder not to cover your air conditioner during the winter. The little critter hadn't done any damage yet but would surely chew the wiring in the future. Great job Phil and thanks.
