Phil Holmin has been great ever since we moved in to our house 4 years ago. When we need him on short notice, he has been able to accommodate us in his schedule to get our furnace up and running when it's super cold outside! Since it is over 20 years old, we will probably be replacing soon and he will be who we go through!

August 11, 2020Phil instilled confidence from his first visit. He was professional, honest, and knowledgeable. My old system was shot and would need replaced. Although it was clear his team was pretty booked up, he fit me into his schedule and at a price significantly lower than another bid I’d gotten. He kept all promises, his team was on time and courteous, took care of my home and cleaned up after themselves. Friendly the whole while. Would recommend. Phil was such a professional and is the definition of customer service. I called him asking for a quote and explained my situation after having a different company come out to test my furnace and advising I not run it and get a new one asap. Less than 6 hours later he was in my house and doing a tune up and test. Everything checked out completely fine and he talked me through everything so I was able to understand exactly what he was looking at and doing. Would highly recommend!

Phil assessed our air conditioner needs, considering windows & sun exposure as well as the size of our home. He patiently answered all my questions. He called back and/or answered emails promptly. He and his crew were polite and friendly - very easy to have in our home. They took time to cover walkways and adjacent furniture, and cleaned up after their work was done. They submitted two of our rebate forms for us, and made another so so simple to do. Highly recommend!

Phil was very knowledgeable and super nice! He gave me good advice and was honest about what I needed done (which ended up being nothing). I will call Holmin Heating and Cooling in the future when I need service. I would have tipped him for his time and knowledge, but I only had the one big bill to pay for the service.
