We had the Holmin team replace both or furnace and AC with new Carrier units. The team was extremely punctual, courteous and detailed oriented. The new system is better balanced, providing more consistent temperature, quieter, and more energy efficient just like Holmin said. Realized yesterday during the 80 degree heat that our air conditioning had stopped working. Sent a message to Holmin early this morning and Phil called me shortly after. He said he would try to get out today or tomorrow at the worst case, but he was at my house about 3 hours later! Replaced a failed capacitor and had our air conditioner working again in about 25 minutes. Great service, great company. Would definitely call again for any repairs!

He figured out what was wrong and not only fixed the problem, but did other details to make sure everything was running top notch. The thing I want most from a company is honesty and integrity. Holman Heating is very knowledgeable, hardworking, meticulous & helped us determine the best fit of furnace & air conditioning for our home size. The install was seamless. Looks great! Works great! They were extremely professional, on time and cleaned up after install. We had some follow up work to be done with venting and it too was done in a timely manner & perfect installation. Anytime I call them, the phone is answered. I’d recommend them in a heartbeat! We feel that we will always get their best of help.

They were very responsive with their communication, and even scheduled me next day after I confirmed that I wanted to use them to add more return vents in my basement. They were very reasonable. Their work area was clean. When I got the bid, Phil went above and beyond to ensure he gave me good recommendations to prevent mold in my basement again.
