I'm happy to recommend Holmin Heating & Cooling. We had an air conditioner, furnace, and new thermostat installed. Phil assessed our air conditioner needs, considering windows & sun exposure as well as the size of our home. He patiently answered all my questions. He called back and/or answered emails promptly. He and his crew were polite and friendly - very easy to have in our home. They took time to cover walkways and adjacent furniture, and cleaned up after their work was done. They submitted two of our rebate forms for us, and made another so so simple to do. Highly recommend!

We can’t say enough good things about Holmin Heating & Cooling! Phil gave us an honest assessment of our HVAC system last winter after some other questionable quotes and recommendations from other companies. He was very approachable, honest, and responsive to questions. The project was completely very efficiently and for a price significantly lower than competitors in the area. We will be recommending to everyone we know as it is such a relief to know that such a big investment was done well with absolutely no stress.

One of the most positive repair experiences I've had. The thermostat needed replacing and Phil quickly diagnosed it and repaired. He squeezed my appointment into a busy day - so welcomed in a house that was reaching 90 degrees!!

Phil was such a professional and is the definition of customer service. I called him asking for a quote and explained my situation after having a different company come out to test my furnace and advising I not run it and get a new one asap. Less than 6 hours later he was in my house and doing a tune up and test. Everything checked out completely fine and he talked me through everything so I was able to understand exactly what he was looking at and doing. Would highly recommend!

If you want personable, knowledgeable, HONEST service, then look no further. Literally. Holmin Heating and Cooling is it! We thought we were going to have to replace our AC Unit. No small financial feat. However, Phil said he could try to repair it first, which he was able to (thank goodness!), and we had cool air flowing in the house within 15 minutes for a fraction of the cost of buying a new AC! We are still going to replace the AC unit but now we can save up for it! Thank you so much Phil! I will be definitely be going to Holmin for our new AC unit!

They were very responsive with their communication, and even scheduled me next day after I confirmed that I wanted to use them to add more return vents in my basement. They were very reasonable. Their work area was clean. When I got the bid, Phil went above and beyond to ensure he gave me good recommendations to prevent mold in my basement again. They were very respectful and reliable to interact with. I am very happy with their services and would definitely use them again!

This is the second time I have used Phil and he never disappoints. My AC unit decided it was taking the 4th of July off as well. I called Phil at 6:10am on the 5th to see if he could come out. I am writing this review at 9:40am and it is already repaired and blowing cold!!! Thanks Phil for the great price and service!!! Cant recommend him enough!!!

Phil and his team replaced our AC and furnace this week, and installed two smart thermostats. They did a fantastic job AND they filed all of the rebates for us. It couldn't have been any easier for us. We would HIGHLY recommend them!

Efficient, professional and economical! I was afraid my almost 20-yr old A/C unit would need to be replaced, but Phil said all it needed was a new fan motor and he had it up and running cold in no time. Will always use Holmin for any future heating or cooling needs. Thank you!
