I highly recommend Holmin Heating and Cooling. I called Holmin Heating and Cooling to get a second opinion on why our AC wasn’t working. Phil returned my call quickly was able to make it to my house same day, even though it was late afternoon when I first spoke with him. He was able to figure out the problem and repair in about 30 minutes. As far as cost - it was 1/10th the price of what the other company was going to charge!

We can’t say enough good things about Holmin Heating & Cooling! Phil gave us an honest assessment of our HVAC system last winter after some other questionable quotes and recommendations from other companies. He was very approachable, honest, and responsive to questions. The project was completely very efficiently and for a price significantly lower than competitors in the area. We will be recommending to everyone we know as it is such a relief to know that such a big investment was done well with absolutely no stress.

They were very responsive with their communication, and even scheduled me next day after I confirmed that I wanted to use them to add more return vents in my basement. They were very reasonable. Their work area was clean. When I got the bid, Phil went above and beyond to ensure he gave me good recommendations to prevent mold in my basement again. They were very respectful and reliable to interact with. I am very happy with their services and would definitely use them again!

Phil was great! He helped me out when I was in a really tough spot. He came out and replaced my blower at a very reasonable price and was out the next day. He answered a lot of my questions and was a very friendly guy. It’s always good to have a technician who has been in the field for many years instead of just a number of months. Phil continues to be “the guy” to call!! Our CO detectors went off alerting my tenants which scared them!! Phil was able to advise on having the tenants leave the house, turn off the furnace and hot water heater, open windows and came by in just a few short hours to do a complete check of the appliances for safety. Phil is outstanding and very professional. He took my call at 6:30 AM when my heat was out. The temperature outside was -4 and he understood the sense of urgency. In 2 hours, my furnace was up and running and he was on his way. I’d recommend him without hesitation.

Phil’s team fixed out whole home humidifier quickly and serviced our furnace for a reasonable price (and took cards!). Had I known how quick and professional it was going to be-I would have scheduled earlier. Our home will be repeat customers going forward.
