If you want personable, knowledgeable, HONEST service, then look no further. Literally. Holmin Heating and Cooling is it! We thought we were going to have to replace our AC Unit. No small financial feat. However, Phil said he could try to repair it first, which he was able to (thank goodness!), and we had cool air flowing in the house within 15 minutes for a fraction of the cost of buying a new AC! We are still going to replace the AC unit but now we can save up for it! Thank you so much Phil! I will be definitely be going to Holmin for our new AC unit!

We had a very bad experience previously with a big company trying to scare us into spending $8,000 for a full furnace and AC replacement. I called Phil Holmin for a second opinion and he set me straight and let me know none of that was necessary. I am SO Thankful for the Holmin company, they came out and fixed the part we needed replaced quickly and for an incredibly reasonable cost. Phil was able to make it to our house within hours of our A/C going out. This was especially important given the heat wave we were experiencing. He had it up and running within 30 minutes. Hands down the best HVAC service we've ever had for a very reasonable price.

Phil was awesome to work with! We had an air exchanger that was not working but needed to be repaired before moving out of our home. Initially I went to a different company for help but they ended up diagnosing the problem incorrectly and their quote to repair the exchanger was 4x the price it should have been. I called Holmin to get a second opinion and he was quick to respond, did a bunch of research on finding parts for my exchanger, and made time during his busy season to help us out in a super timely manner. In the end he fixed our exchanger for a very fair price and beat our deadline for closing on the house by a few weeks. I will recommend Holmin to anyone who has HVAC needs in the future!

Phil was such a professional and is the definition of customer service. I called him asking for a quote and explained my situation after having a different company come out to test my furnace and advising I not run it and get a new one asap. Less than 6 hours later he was in my house and doing a tune up and test. Everything checked out completely fine and he talked me through everything so I was able to understand exactly what he was looking at and doing. Would highly recommend!
