He figured out what was wrong and not only fixed the problem, but did other details to make sure everything was running top notch. The thing I want most from a company is honesty and integrity. I highly recommend Holmin Heating and Cooling. I called Holmin Heating and Cooling to get a second opinion on why our AC wasn’t working. Phil returned my call quickly was able to make it to my house same day, even though it was late afternoon when I first spoke with him. He was able to figure out the problem and repair in about 30 minutes. As far as cost - it was 1/10th the price of what the other company was going to charge!

We have been using Holmin Heating & Cooling for at least 10 years and can't speak highly enough of Phil and his work. We have recommended him to numerous friends and neighbors over the years and he never disappoints. Last week we had a new heating/AC unit installed to replace our 22 year old unit. Phil's son Nick took care of the install and we are once again very pleased with the high level of service. These folks are not only expert at what they do, they are also extremely nice and personable. We will continue to use the Holmin's in the future and recommend their services!

November 15, 2020Phil Holmin has been great ever since we moved in to our house 4 years ago. When we need him on short notice, he has been able to accommodate us in his schedule to get our furnace up and running when it's super cold outside! Since it is over 20 years old, we will probably be replacing soon and he will be who we go through!

Our A/C quit working over the 4th of July weekend, and it was soooo hot. We called Phil and he was out the same day. He was honest, sympathetic and quick! He was so fairly priced. I can’t say thank you enough, Phil!!!

July 7, 2020I experienced an issue where my furnace would not start. After searching for local HVAC professionals, I decided to contact Holmin. Phil came out the same day and corrected the issue. When my furnace started acting up again today, Phil was at my house within 30 minutes with a replacement part and had the furnace up and running again. He even tested the CO levels to be sure the unit was operating safely. Phil was very knowledgeable, professional and timely. I highly recommend!
