I experienced an issue where my furnace would not start. After searching for local HVAC professionals, I decided to contact Holmin. Phil came out the same day and corrected the issue. When my furnace started acting up again today, Phil was at my house within 30 minutes with a replacement part and had the furnace up and running again. He even tested the CO levels to be sure the unit was operating safely. Phil was very knowledgeable, professional and timely. I highly recommend!

Phil continues to be “the guy” to call!! Our CO detectors went off alerting my tenants which scared them!! Phil was able to advise on having the tenants leave the house, turn off the furnace and hot water heater, open windows and came by in just a few short hours to do a complete check of the appliances for safety. Phil and his team did an outstanding job from the initial meeting, scheduling a date and the installation of a new AC and furnace. Phil was a lifesaver with our broken furnace today. He made time to come take a look at it, got a part ordered and had it fully repaired by the end of the day. He also searched out our warranty options to cover the cost of the parts needed. He was so professional, fair, knowledgeable and just great to work with. Had Holmin Heating & Cooling come out today for an air conditioner tune-up and was very satisfied with their service. Phil came out and did a thorough check and a test run to verify the unit is good for another season. He even chased out a little mouse who had built a nest in the unit over the winter - a good reminder not to cover your air conditioner during the winter. The little critter hadn't done any damage yet but would surely chew the wiring in the future. Great job Phil and thanks.
