He is very kind, prompt, and was even nice to my family as he did his work. One of the most positive repair experiences I've had. The thermostat needed replacing and Phil quickly diagnosed it and repaired. He squeezed my appointment into a busy day - so welcomed in a house that was reaching 90 degrees!!

From Holmin there were no cheesy sales tactics--just the facts, and a very good price for a high efficiency furnace and AC. The work was done on time and the installation looks great. All permits, registration, and rebates from the power and gas companies were taken care of. Great service from this smaller family-owned company. Highly recommend.
