Phil has a great business model; helping you ASAP. We really appreciate Holmin Heating & Cooling and all the services they offer. We plan to continue services with them in the future. Holmin Heating replaced our furnace after it failed in February within 2 days, helping us out of a bind. They did a fabulous job, were neat, polite, helpful, instructive, and made significant improvements to our existing system. We could not be more pleased. And the price was as cheap or cheaper than most of the others.

Phil was able to make it to our house within hours of our A/C going out. This was especially important given the heat wave we were experiencing. He had it up and running within 30 minutes. Hands down the best HVAC service we've ever had for a very reasonable price.

We called at 7:30 in the morning about our furnace leaking Carbon Monoxide. Phil answered immediately and within the hour was at our house to diagnose the problem. We ended up deciding to replace our aging furnace instead of repairing it. Within the day the Holmin team had installed the new furnace, and we were able to put away our army of borrowed space heaters. Throughout the process we felt very informed of alternatives and costs involved. They did a great job and definitely went the extra mile to make sure everything was done right. They weren't even working on the AC, but when they were done, our coolant line had been insulated as a bonus. 🙂 I'd call these guys anytime for any HVAC needs in the future. Thanks!

Holmin Heating and Cooling is the real deal. Honest, trustworthy, and efficient! We had a very bad experience previously with a big company trying to scare us into spending $8,000 for a full furnace and AC replacement. I called Phil Holmin for a second opinion and he set me straight and let me know none of that was necessary. I am SO Thankful for the Holmin company, they came out and fixed the part we needed replaced quickly and for an incredibly reasonable cost. We can’t say enough good things about Holmin Heating & Cooling! Phil gave us an honest assessment of our HVAC system last winter after some other questionable quotes and recommendations from other companies. He was very approachable, honest, and responsive to questions. The project was completely very efficiently and for a price significantly lower than competitors in the area.
