Phil and his team did an outstanding job from the initial meeting, scheduling a date and the installation of a new AC and furnace. The work was done professionally, they cleaned up and explained everything about the unit and maintenance. I would highly recommend Holmin and use them for future work.

This is the second time I have used Phil and he never disappoints. My AC unit decided it was taking the 4th of July off as well. I called Phil at 6:10am on the 5th to see if he could come out. Phil Holman came out to our house about 1/2 hour after I called asking for a quote to replace our heating and air conditioning system - very impressive! His quote arrived about an hour later via email. Based on his positive reviews and reasonable quote, it was an easy decision to make. Today was installation day. They were knowledgeable and focused on getting the job done, professional yet friendly, respectful and patient answering our questions. Holmin Heating & Air Conditioning was definitely the right choice for us.

Phil was awesome to work with! We had an air exchanger that was not working but needed to be repaired before moving out of our home. Initially I went to a different company for help but they ended up diagnosing the problem incorrectly and their quote to repair the exchanger was 4x the price it should have been. I called Holmin to get a second opinion and he was quick to respond, did a bunch of research on finding parts for my exchanger, and made time during his busy season to help us out in a super timely manner. In the end he fixed our exchanger for a very fair price and beat our deadline for closing on the house by a few weeks. I will recommend Holmin to anyone who has HVAC needs in the future!

If you want personable, knowledgeable, HONEST service, then look no further. Literally. Holmin Heating and Cooling is it! We thought we were going to have to replace our AC Unit. No small financial feat. However, Phil said he could try to repair it first, which he was able to (thank goodness!), and we had cool air flowing in the house within 15 minutes for a fraction of the cost of buying a new AC! We are still going to replace the AC unit but now we can save up for it! Thank you so much Phil! I will be definitely be going to Holmin for our new AC unit!
