Holmin Heating (Phil) arrived earlier than scheduled, answered all my questions throughly & performed the service on my A/C unit with professionalism & complete confidence. Phil didn’t try to sell me anything extra, as many other HVAC contractors tend to do. It’s a pleasure interfacing with a company that is honest, truthful & friendly.

Holmin Heating replaced our furnace after it failed in February within 2 days, helping us out of a bind. They did a fabulous job, were neat, polite, helpful, instructive, and made significant improvements to our existing system. We could not be more pleased. And the price was as cheap or cheaper than most of the others.

He’s incredibly knowledgeable and thoroughly explains everything he’s worked on. Also, the responsiveness is fantastic whether it be for a service call or just asking a question. We had our regular company out to do our A/C tune up. Were told that 2 parts were broken and should be replaced. They informed that it would just be best to replace the whole A/C unit. Our quotes from them for parts were very high along with the cost of a new A/C when we weren’t expecting it. Called Holmin for a second opinion and was able to get parts at a very reasonable price. He even came out to make sure that the parts actually needed to be replaced and talked through the options with my husband. He never tried to sell us a new A/C or take advantage of us. He was very honest and reliable. The fix was quick and he kept us updated through the process of ordering parts and scheduling. We will definitely be using him again and would recommend him to everyone.

Phil was very knowledgeable and super nice! He gave me good advice and was honest about what I needed done (which ended up being nothing). I will call Holmin Heating and Cooling in the future when I need service. I would have tipped him for his time and knowledge, but I only had the one big bill to pay for the service.

Had Holmin Heating & Cooling come out today for an air conditioner tune-up and was very satisfied with their service. Phil came out and did a thorough check and a test run to verify the unit is good for another season. He even chased out a little mouse who had built a nest in the unit over the winter - a good reminder not to cover your air conditioner during the winter. The little critter hadn't done any damage yet but would surely chew the wiring in the future. Great job Phil and thanks.
