Efficient, professional and economical! I was afraid my almost 20-yr old A/C unit would need to be replaced, but Phil said all it needed was a new fan motor and he had it up and running cold in no time. Will always use Holmin for any future heating or cooling needs. Thank you!

Works great! They were extremely professional, on time and cleaned up after install. We had some follow up work to be done with venting and it too was done in a timely manner & perfect installation. Anytime I call them, the phone is answered. I’d recommend them in a heartbeat! We feel that we will always get their best of help.

Phil is outstanding and very professional. He took my call at 6:30 AM when my heat was out. The temperature outside was -4 and he understood the sense of urgency. In 2 hours, my furnace was up and running and he was on his way. I’d recommend him without hesitation.

December 20, 2022Phil continues to be “the guy” to call!! Our CO detectors went off alerting my tenants which scared them!! Phil was able to advise on having the tenants leave the house, turn off the furnace and hot water heater, open windows and came by in just a few short hours to do a complete check of the appliances for safety. Very pleased we chose Holmin to replace our furnace and AC. We got estimates from 5 companies. From Holmin there were no cheesy sales tactics--just the facts, and a very good price for a high efficiency furnace and AC. The work was done on time and the installation looks great. All permits, registration, and rebates from the power and gas companies were taken care of. Great service from this smaller family-owned company. Highly recommend.
