On time; called before arriving! I always learn something new during the visit. I appreciate that the service representative takes the time to communicate as the work is being completed. Also, S.Rep. Discovered that my humidifier was running water constantly and shut off the water system. This will save me on my monthly water bill! Would recommend to anyone wanting a professional to work with when evaluating expensive HVAC equipment! PKH

Phil was a lifesaver with our broken furnace today. He made time to come take a look at it, got a part ordered and had it fully repaired by the end of the day. He also searched out our warranty options to cover the cost of the parts needed. He was so professional, fair, knowledgeable and just great to work with. Holman Heating is very knowledgeable, hardworking, meticulous & helped us determine the best fit of furnace & air conditioning for our home size. The install was seamless. Looks great! Works great! They were extremely professional, on time and cleaned up after install. We had some follow up work to be done with venting and it too was done in a timely manner & perfect installation. Furnace went out -12 on Sunday morning. Promptly came out and repaired the furnace. The cost was so reasonable he fixed the furnace. Fully recommend and trust his service.

I hired Holmin Heating & Cooling to replace my forced air furnace and central AC. They quoted a price that was very reasonable, showed up on time, completed the work in less than a day, and cleaned up after they were done. The work they did looks really nice. They also installed a programmable wifi thermostat and helped me download the correct app on my phone and set it up, and showed me how to operate the thermostat, as well as how to operate it using the phone app. They are very nice people and were happy to answer all my questions. I couldn't be happier.

Phil was very knowledgeable and super nice! He gave me good advice and was honest about what I needed done (which ended up being nothing). I will call Holmin Heating and Cooling in the future when I need service. I would have tipped him for his time and knowledge, but I only had the one big bill to pay for the service.

Phil was able to make it to our house within hours of our A/C going out. This was especially important given the heat wave we were experiencing. He had it up and running within 30 minutes. Hands down the best HVAC service we've ever had for a very reasonable price.

Phil Holmin has been great ever since we moved in to our house 4 years ago. When we need him on short notice, he has been able to accommodate us in his schedule to get our furnace up and running when it's super cold outside! Since it is over 20 years old, we will probably be replacing soon and he will be who we go through!
