I received four quotes for a heating and A/C install and went with Holmin because they offered a competitive price (they also offered a cash discount, and honored their original quote when they knew it might not be a month or two until I had the money to pay for the install -- others told me a 15-20% price increase was looming) and told me exactly what I needed. I had an air exchanger that needing fixing as well and Holmin was the only one that said they could repair it instead of charging $3K-$6K to replace it. Today was the install and they happened to have the spare part that was needed to fix the air exchanger (a mere grommet). They also did a fine job with the furnace install. They're coming back in a week or two to replacement my A/C. I highly recommend them.

We called at 7:30 in the morning about our furnace leaking Carbon Monoxide. Phil answered immediately and within the hour was at our house to diagnose the problem. We ended up deciding to replace our aging furnace instead of repairing it. Within the day the Holmin team had installed the new furnace, and we were able to put away our army of borrowed space heaters. Throughout the process we felt very informed of alternatives and costs involved. They did a great job and definitely went the extra mile to make sure everything was done right. They weren't even working on the AC, but when they were done, our coolant line had been insulated as a bonus. 🙂 I'd call these guys anytime for any HVAC needs in the future. Thanks!

I'm happy to recommend Holmin Heating & Cooling. We had an air conditioner, furnace, and new thermostat installed. Phil assessed our air conditioner needs, considering windows & sun exposure as well as the size of our home. He patiently answered all my questions. He called back and/or answered emails promptly. He and his crew were polite and friendly - very easy to have in our home. They took time to cover walkways and adjacent furniture, and cleaned up after their work was done. They submitted two of our rebate forms for us, and made another so so simple to do. Highly recommend!

Had Holmin Heating & Cooling come out today for an air conditioner tune-up and was very satisfied with their service. Phil came out and did a thorough check and a test run to verify the unit is good for another season. He even chased out a little mouse who had built a nest in the unit over the winter - a good reminder not to cover your air conditioner during the winter. The little critter hadn't done any damage yet but would surely chew the wiring in the future. Great job Phil and thanks.

Holmin Heating was great to work with. No sales pressure; just a thorough assessment of what we needed and a reasonable quote for what they could do to meet our needs. They are very knowledgeable about the HVAC industry and very helpful in sizing a replacement system. Everything looked and worked perfectly when they were done with the installation.
