If you want personable, knowledgeable, HONEST service, then look no further. Literally. Holmin Heating and Cooling is it! We thought we were going to have to replace our AC Unit. No small financial feat. However, Phil said he could try to repair it first, which he was able to (thank goodness!), and we had cool air flowing in the house within 15 minutes for a fraction of the cost of buying a new AC! We are still going to replace the AC unit but now we can save up for it! Thank you so much Phil! I will be definitely be going to Holmin for our new AC unit!

Phil instilled confidence from his first visit. He was professional, honest, and knowledgeable. My old system was shot and would need replaced. Although it was clear his team was pretty booked up, he fit me into his schedule and at a price significantly lower than another bid I’d gotten. He kept all promises, his team was on time and courteous, took care of my home and cleaned up after themselves. Friendly the whole while. Would recommend. Phil and his wife have been nothing short of phenomenal. I remember when we were in need of a new furnace and AC, we touched base on a Sunday for a bid. But first, he informed us that he needed to stop and care for one of his elderly customers, which told my wife and I all we needed to know. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and thoroughly explains everything he’s worked on. Also, the responsiveness is fantastic whether it be for a service call or just asking a question. October 31, 2023Realized yesterday during the 80 degree heat that our air conditioning had stopped working. Sent a message to Holmin early this morning and Phil called me shortly after. He said he would try to get out today or tomorrow at the worst case, but he was at my house about 3 hours later! Replaced a failed capacitor and had our air conditioner working again in about 25 minutes. Great service, great company. Would definitely call again for any repairs!

I highly recommend Holmin Heating and Cooling. I called Holmin Heating and Cooling to get a second opinion on why our AC wasn’t working. Phil returned my call quickly was able to make it to my house same day, even though it was late afternoon when I first spoke with him. He was able to figure out the problem and repair in about 30 minutes. As far as cost - it was 1/10th the price of what the other company was going to charge!

He figured out what was wrong and not only fixed the problem, but did other details to make sure everything was running top notch. The thing I want most from a company is honesty and integrity. From Holmin there were no cheesy sales tactics--just the facts, and a very good price for a high efficiency furnace and AC. The work was done on time and the installation looks great. All permits, registration, and rebates from the power and gas companies were taken care of. Great service from this smaller family-owned company. Highly recommend.
