Our experience with Phil and his team at Holmin H&C was excellent. Our new furnace was installed on time, at the agreed-upon price, and with corrections from previous work done without any extra charges. Now, that's different, isn't it! The team took great care to keep our basement clean and left no debris behind. All the details including permitting and rebate submission were handled in a timely manner. I was very happy to work with the Holmins and would strongly recommend them to others in the south metro area.

December 18, 2023We called at 7:30 in the morning about our furnace leaking Carbon Monoxide. Phil answered immediately and within the hour was at our house to diagnose the problem. We ended up deciding to replace our aging furnace instead of repairing it. Within the day the Holmin team had installed the new furnace, and we were able to put away our army of borrowed space heaters. Throughout the process we felt very informed of alternatives and costs involved. They did a great job and definitely went the extra mile to make sure everything was done right. They weren't even working on the AC, but when they were done, our coolant line had been insulated as a bonus. 🙂 I'd call these guys anytime for any HVAC needs in the future. Thanks!

From Holmin there were no cheesy sales tactics--just the facts, and a very good price for a high efficiency furnace and AC. The work was done on time and the installation looks great. All permits, registration, and rebates from the power and gas companies were taken care of. Great service from this smaller family-owned company. Highly recommend.

Holman Heating is very knowledgeable, hardworking, meticulous & helped us determine the best fit of furnace & air conditioning for our home size. The install was seamless. Looks great! Works great! They were extremely professional, on time and cleaned up after install. We had some follow up work to be done with venting and it too was done in a timely manner & perfect installation. Anytime I call them, the phone is answered. I’d recommend them in a heartbeat! We feel that we will always get their best of help.
