We had our regular company out to do our A/C tune up. Were told that 2 parts were broken and should be replaced. They informed that it would just be best to replace the whole A/C unit. Our quotes from them for parts were very high along with the cost of a new A/C when we weren’t expecting it. Called Holmin for a second opinion and was able to get parts at a very reasonable price. He even came out to make sure that the parts actually needed to be replaced and talked through the options with my husband. He never tried to sell us a new A/C or take advantage of us. He was very honest and reliable. The fix was quick and he kept us updated through the process of ordering parts and scheduling. We will definitely be using him again and would recommend him to everyone.

May 16, 2023I had an issue with my furnace not keeping up to temp when outside air temps were below average. I contacted Holmin and Phil was at my door within the hour. Not only was Phil professional and knowledgeable, he also took the time to educate me with what he had done and why. The next day showed similar defaults as before and Phil was back that afternoon to take additional actions resulting in a perfectly tuned furnace.

I experienced an issue where my furnace would not start. After searching for local HVAC professionals, I decided to contact Holmin. Phil came out the same day and corrected the issue. When my furnace started acting up again today, Phil was at my house within 30 minutes with a replacement part and had the furnace up and running again. He even tested the CO levels to be sure the unit was operating safely. Phil was very knowledgeable, professional and timely. I highly recommend!

We had a very bad experience previously with a big company trying to scare us into spending $8,000 for a full furnace and AC replacement. I called Phil Holmin for a second opinion and he set me straight and let me know none of that was necessary. I am SO Thankful for the Holmin company, they came out and fixed the part we needed replaced quickly and for an incredibly reasonable cost. I would recommend Holmin Heating and Cooling to everyone who has an HVAC need- you can trust that you're getting what you need and not spending more than necessary. They have a customer for life in me!

Wonderful experience replacing HVAC - it is a large investment but I felt like the company had my best interest at heart and really impressed with the entire project - finished all in one day. Rebates were taken care by the company and was a very easy process as the customer. Highly recommend! 👍

He figured out what was wrong and not only fixed the problem, but did other details to make sure everything was running top notch. The thing I want most from a company is honesty and integrity. I hired Holmin Heating & Cooling to replace my forced air furnace and central AC. They quoted a price that was very reasonable, showed up on time, completed the work in less than a day, and cleaned up after they were done. The work they did looks really nice. They also installed a programmable wifi thermostat and helped me download the correct app on my phone and set it up, and showed me how to operate the thermostat, as well as how to operate it using the phone app. They are very nice people and were happy to answer all my questions. I couldn't be happier.

I appreciate that the service representative takes the time to communicate as the work is being completed. Also, S.Rep. Discovered that my humidifier was running water constantly and shut off the water system. This will save me on my monthly water bill!
