Our experience with Phil and his team at Holmin H&C was excellent. Our new furnace was installed on time, at the agreed-upon price, and with corrections from previous work done without any extra charges. Now, that's different, isn't it! The team took great care to keep our basement clean and left no debris behind. All the details including permitting and rebate submission were handled in a timely manner. I was very happy to work with the Holmins and would strongly recommend them to others in the south metro area.

My gas was off due to a fire and Mr. Holmin was the only 1 of 3 HVAC to call me back the same day and he made time early the next day to come out and do the necessary repairs to get my gas back on. We called at 7:30 in the morning about our furnace leaking Carbon Monoxide. Phil answered immediately and within the hour was at our house to diagnose the problem. We ended up deciding to replace our aging furnace instead of repairing it. Within the day the Holmin team had installed the new furnace, and we were able to put away our army of borrowed space heaters. Throughout the process we felt very informed of alternatives and costs involved. They did a great job and definitely went the extra mile to make sure everything was done right. They weren't even working on the AC, but when they were done, our coolant line had been insulated as a bonus. 🙂 I'd call these guys anytime for any HVAC needs in the future. Thanks!

We have been using Holmin Heating & Cooling for at least 10 years and can't speak highly enough of Phil and his work. We have recommended him to numerous friends and neighbors over the years and he never disappoints. Last week we had a new heating/AC unit installed to replace our 22 year old unit. Phil's son Nick took care of the install and we are once again very pleased with the high level of service. These folks are not only expert at what they do, they are also extremely nice and personable. We will continue to use the Holmin's in the future and recommend their services!

Phil gave us an honest assessment of our HVAC system last winter after some other questionable quotes and recommendations from other companies. Phil was such a professional and is the definition of customer service. I called him asking for a quote and explained my situation after having a different company come out to test my furnace and advising I not run it and get a new one asap. Less than 6 hours later he was in my house and doing a tune up and test. Everything checked out completely fine and he talked me through everything so I was able to understand exactly what he was looking at and doing. Would highly recommend!
