Phil is extremely knowledgeable about different types of issues. He came in and solved a problem he had never seen before and was not intuitive at all. He is very kind, prompt, and was even nice to my family as he did his work. He even taught me a thing or two about furnaces as I asked him endless questions the whole time (I am a bit of a nerd with this stuff). Would trust him to do any work in the future!

Holmin Heating and Cooling is the real deal. Honest, trustworthy, and efficient! We had a very bad experience previously with a big company trying to scare us into spending $8,000 for a full furnace and AC replacement. I called Phil Holmin for a second opinion and he set me straight and let me know none of that was necessary. I am SO Thankful for the Holmin company, they came out and fixed the part we needed replaced quickly and for an incredibly reasonable cost. Realized yesterday during the 80 degree heat that our air conditioning had stopped working. Sent a message to Holmin early this morning and Phil called me shortly after. He said he would try to get out today or tomorrow at the worst case, but he was at my house about 3 hours later! Replaced a failed capacitor and had our air conditioner working again in about 25 minutes. Great service, great company. Would definitely call again for any repairs!

Phil is ALWAYS super responsive, even if it is just a call for new furnace filters. They are delivered first thing to my doorstep the next day! Best business guy, I know as far as follow through, and trustworthiness.

Phil is outstanding and very professional. He took my call at 6:30 AM when my heat was out. The temperature outside was -4 and he understood the sense of urgency. In 2 hours, my furnace was up and running and he was on his way. I’d recommend him without hesitation.

When we need him on short notice, he has been able to accommodate us in his schedule to get our furnace up and running when it's super cold outside!
